How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping usually takes about 1-5 business days via FedEx, or GLS

If I place my order today, when will I receive my hat?

We do all we possibly can to ensure you receive what you’ve ordered as quickly as possible. Please give us 1-3 days to process your order. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please send us a note if you wish to recieve your item as quick as possible.

What if an item is out of stock?

We hand-finish each and every one of our products in our Budapest-based studio and we only have a limited number of products and colours in stock. If your dream headwear happens to be unavailable, make sure to get in touch with us so we can let you know if it will be back again any time soon. Drop us an e-mail at hello@taubudapest.com.

Where can I buy your hats?

All our products are available in Margot store in Budapest and on our webshop.

How do I know my hat size?

What if nothing is available in the right size for me?

Don’t worry, we are here to help. Just drop us a line at hello@taubudapest.com and we will get back to you soon with some suggestions.

How do I clean my hat?

Spot clean only. Please be careful when trying to remove a stain with a damp cloth and never put your headwear in a washing machine.

What are your winter hats made of?

We use ethically sourced fur felt. Quality is our top priority and fur felt is simply the best material out there. It might be more expensive than wool but it lasts much longer. If treated right, your headwear will look as good as new for a very long time.
